Description: US-NY-New York Ernst & Young’s Business Advisory Services (BAS) practice helps clients improve performance through a focus on providing business advisory services that achieve measurable and sustainable benefits in Finance and Performance Management (F&PM), supply chain and operations, and customer. As a member of Ernst & Young%27s BAS team, the Manager leads multiple client engagement teams and works with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services. In addition, the manager is responsible for some business development activities on strategic priority accounts. BAS delivers multiple supply chain and operations services to our clients including: supply chain direction and support; planning, procurement, operations, fulfillment, service, and Tax Effective Supply Chain Management (TESCM) transformations; and product lifecycle management. Responsibilities Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Collaborate to plan engagement objectives and a strategy that addresses risk and performance improvement. Manage expectations of service delivery. Stay informed of business/economic developments and their impact t
o the client. Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge. Keep up-to-date with current developments and trends in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge. Deliver quality services. Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high-quality deliverables within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
